Self Defense – 8 Week Course

For teens and adults, the Self defense class focuses on real world self defense strategies and techniques, as well as situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and conflict resolution.  Physical fitness is stressed in this class, but it open to all members of all abilities.

It meets one night a week for 8 weeks.  Class length is 90 minutes.

Check for dates as this class is offered only at certain times of the year.
